So, what’s a typical Sunday like at Timber Ridge?
We’re glad you asked! At 9:45 we meet in our Sunday school classes. You’ll notice that you’ll fit right in no matter what your personal style is. Sunday school wraps shortly before 11:00, at that time we all gather again in the sanctuary. To begin, our service the children come forward for their message. Here at Timber Ridge we think our children should be seen and heard. Then we have a call to worship with a song. At this time anyone who feels led to join the choir is welcome to. Next, announcements are made. During this time we also call individuals to come forward who are celebrating birthdays or anniversaries followed by prayer request. Following this, our pastor will welcome everyone and give the opening prayer. After singing three or four hymns our Children from birth to pre-kindergarten are welcome to go to nursery. While kindergarten through 3rd grade children are invited to TRK. The pastor’s sermon is given and then followed with a hymn of invitation and closing prayer. At the end of service you’ll notice that many of us linger to get in a few more minutes of visiting. We would love to visit with you this Sunday!
